A federal grand jury in Wichita returned an indictment charging a Kansas pharmacist for allegedly taking prescription drugs from a former employer for his personal use. According to court documents, Logan Marshall Abbott, 33, of Maize was indicted on one count of acquiring and obtaining a controlled substance by deception/subterfuge. Abbott is accused of using his position as a pharmacist to illegally acquire amphetamine (Adderall), lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse), methylphenidate (Ritalin), and oxycodone from his employer without authorization.
