Attorney General Tim Griffin issued the following statement announcing the arrest of a Paragould woman for Medicaid fraud: On July 9, Cindy Rios, 32, of Paragould was arrested on one count of Medicaid fraud, a Class B felony. Rios is accused of submitting claims and time sheets for services she did not provide. Some of the clients she listed claimed that she had never been their caregiver.
