A nurse accused of stealing medication meant for residents at a Columbia County nursing home was arrested and charged with falsifying business records, 10 counts of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and three counts each of petit larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
